PC Hybrides 2 en 1 Dell

Au final on m'a délivré un HP G3 au lieu de G4 et l'état de la batterie est à 68% mais sinon je suis content avec l'experience d'achat et l'ordinateur.

Apres une première commande annulée le lendemain par le vendeur, j'ai recommandé un autre pc car le premier n'était plus dispo. Je suis contente du pc et de la livraison, rapide et de bonne qualité pour le moment. Seule réserve : le ventilateur s'excite et chauffe beaucoup lorsqu'il est en charge et utilisation. A voir sur les semaines à venir.

Un bouton du clavier était soudainement coincé (les o's étaient constamment tapés). Je ne pouvais rien faire car le PC s’écroulait à chaque fois. Le bouton n'était pas physiquement appuyé, il y avait quelque chose de mal dans l'électronique sous le bouton. J’ai décidé d’extraire le bouton pour arrêter le crash, de sauvegarder mes données et de renvoyer mon PC (dans la garantie) pour réparation/remboursement. Puis j’ai appris que ma garantie avait expiré parce que j’avais « essayé de récupérer mon PC ». Sinon, j’aurais perdu toutes mes informations. Un raisonnement logique est également à rechercher au service clientèle. D'autant plus qu'ils auraient dû retirer exactement ce bouton pour la réparation. Très mauvaise réputation pour le back market!

Manque un peu de propreté mais sinon ok

This was a completely worthwhile purchase. The way it functions and operates, I would not be able to tell that it was refurbished. Additionally, communicating with the Back Market team is very easy and their suppliers are just as cooperative. When they didn't have the original model that I wanted to buy, they tried to contact me repeatedly. 7 times as well as a message on the site. They even tried to contact me outside of their office hours to inform me. So I am impressed and pleased with the service and I have recommended this company to my mother for her next laptop purchase as well!

I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

Der Laptop ist klasse 1a wirklich 2 st aufladen und über 10st kann man mit arbeiten 2 in 1 feier ich auch das war nicht gut sondern der zustand war sehr gut Ich hatte schon meine Zweifel durch den einen der bewertet hat aber meine Bestellung war auch über gls und es ist 2 tage früher angekommen ich war zuhause der typ hat geklingelt war aber Zufaul um hoch zulaufen Aber sonst der Support bei backmarket echt klasse und der Laptop wirklich top um online zuarbeiten man kann sogar sein Handy verbinden echt gute arbeit danke euch und schönen Feierabend

The purchase was fine. The laptop itself... On a totally unexpected plus side is a touch screen, I wouldn't have discovered this if I hadn't tried to swipe away a bit of dust. But it's not as reliable a machine as my other computers, I feel there's some instability in Windows, the laptop will or will not go to sleep, will or will not find its cellular or wifi adaptor on waking up. It feels like 16Gb is not an adequate amount of memory as having a dozen tabs open in Chrome, plus two desktop messengers sometime bring the machine to the brink of death. I can't argue with the price tag on Backmarket, but wonder who'd pay the full 700-800 hundred for this very middle-range laptop.
