Très contente de mon achat. Le smartphone est conforme à mes attentes. Je trouve juste que la batterie ne tient pas très longtemps. Fin de journée, il faut que je le recharge. J'admets qu'il était fort sollicité puisque j'étais en voyage. A voir lors d'une utilisation dans la vie de tous les jours.

Ce n' est pas là première fois que je commande sur back market . Je n ai jamais eu de problème et je vais surement encore commander vive le reconditionné

Très bon seul défaut chauffe un peu et ça l'air de se décharger trop vite. Le reste tout fonctionne normalement bien.

I do not speak a lick of french, I am being forced to use your site in french. When I then ordered, you never checked for the house number. Because of this it took THREE WEEKS longer to arrive because it happened to be the Holiday season. How do you guys not have a check to make sure that there is a house number? Please do better, it's actually sad. This should be the most basic web design. On top of that the phone I got already has a dead battery, it does not last a day. And I don't even use it that much. Sure, it looks good. But it doesn't actually hold up as like I said, the battery is already dying. I do not know if I can recommend this site to anyone anymore. My opinion of this site used to be sky high. But I guess I need to stick to the dutch site that can't ship everything to me. Yay. Unbelievably disappointed. I just want an English or dutch option, is it that much to ask for?
