Nintendo New 3DS - Blanc

Product was not cleaned, it was nasty as heck, dead skin and other scum was everywhere and the buttons were stiff! The product was not even factory reset, the previous owners parental controls were still enabled so that almost all functionality was disabled. I had to google how to remove parental controls without the pin. And then had to factory reset the device myself... If I were an average user I would've had to return the item. The item name "Konsoli Nintendo New 3DS + Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer - Valkoinen" also implied that it would've come with animal crossing, however it came with some random horse game. Also missing pen. Quite a bad look for BackMarket and the seller.
