4,4/5Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. The unit was delivered quickly and was in a box that made it look brand new. Really happy with the whole thing. 4,9/5Came exactly when it was supposed to. Delivery info. and tracking spot-on. In impeccable condition - appeared to be brand-new in a sealed box. Word to the wise, though, you'd have got top marks in spite of deploying the corny mock-antique-speak, if only you hadn't cocked it up. If you're going to write 'Fervently hoping that all has gone impeccably, and waiting to hear thy judgment, I remain,' then you absolutely need to follow it up with 'Thine, Customer Care', NOT 'Yours'. Using a plural and a singular to refer to the same entity is a sure-fire way to piss off a copy-editor. Mangled English apart, nothing to complain of.
