    Been using the MacBook now for just over 2 weeks and so far so good. Came at 100% battery capacity and fully sealed in an apple refurbished box. Works just like a brand new one. Only issue is it came with an EU power adapter but for me that wasn’t a problem as I had a spare one lying about. I did invest in the back market protection cover however was still looking to get AppleCare on it. When trying to buy it using the serial number a number of error codes showed up so I guess it’s been disabled by previous owner or tampered with.

    Thank you for my laptop 🥹 I was very close to buying a brand new one from apple before realising I couldn’t afford it in one purchase & then found this website & after doing my research and getting a bargain of my MacBook Air at ‘excellent’ condition I was very relieved. Delivery was quick, I’ve had no issues so far, 2 weeks. If I experience any problems I’ll reach out.

    Overall, the MacBook Air is in excellent condition, as described on the website. However, it is unacceptable to receive a new MacBook air without the original box, the official charger and the new MacSafe cable, even though this is stated in the terms and conditions. Or it should be mentioned when ordering. For this price and this product, you should not use a non-official charger.

    Love the product, like new but one tiny dint. Quick delivery. I do have some problems with it that are entirely down to me. I'm not very tech savvy and now have 2 Mac books linked with iCloud so have to be careful to avoid muddling my files. Anyway I do recommend your service to others Thanks

    Laptop itself is amazing, it arrived in a box and completely clean and functional. The issue I am still having is that I received part of the charger, the part that plugs into the socket is not there. I have been going back and forth with customer service for several days now, and it still isn't resolved which is very frustrating because I can't use the laptop.
