Je pense que j'ai peut-être acheté le mauvais produit ! J'ai 77 ans et je n'ai jamais utilisé de Chromebook auparavant, c'est donc une nouvelle expérience d'apprentissage pour moi, cela dit ma petite fille est en visite ce week-end et espère me remettre sur le droit chemin.

Product came in a sturdy, made-to-measure box, in an anti-static plastic bag with some bouncy cushioning underneath so someone is bothered it arrives undamaged. The thing is simple and lightweight and perfect for me! I am not very bright with technology (I did call it 'the thing'!) and just want to look up something or order something, then get out. I would never choose anything like this without asking someone else's opinion. I was chatting at work about needing something with our IT woman and she found this and said it would probably be good for me. I was told this sort of thing is more secure too. Dad should have one, to stop him clicking all over the shop like he does. Big minus? Please stop me ordering stuff!

Le service d'arrière-vente est vraiment excellent, mais je pense qu'il n'est pas suffisamment surveillé parce que vous comptez sur des fournisseurs tiers pour fournir les marchandises avec la note bon/excellent, etc. Je vais renvoyer l'ordinateur portable que j'ai commandé car il était décrit comme étant presque neuf et ne présentant pratiquement aucun signe d'utilisation, mais il a malheureusement l'air très usagé.
