La batterie est plutôt faible: pas possible de tenir la journé

A été inutilisable en à peine 3mois et étant sous garantie, il est parti en réparation via backmarket mais c'est un parcours très compliqué et je ne suis pas prête de le revoir (c'est pourtant mon outil de travail donc urgent...) Pour le moment, mail surm ail aupr!s de back market pour peu d'avancée voire aucune

Ravie du Smartphone : son esthétique, sa rapidité, la qualité des photos. Déçue de la batterie qui se vide trop rapidement.

Un seul mot !!! Fuyez, n'achetez surtout pas ici et ne vous laisser pas berner par la pseudo garantie !

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

Fonctionne très bien. Téléphone vraiment comme neuf. Batterie performante.Après une semaine d'utilisation rien à redire à voir dans le temps. Reçu rapidement avec coque de protection et film protecteur sur l'écran. Reconditionné par GreenB, je recommande vivement.

Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. The phone is fandabidozi so happy with it. Its just like brand new without the fancy box. Would highly recommend buying refurbished and Seller. Thank

This is the second phone I have purchased from Backmarket. The process was simple for each. Efficient delivery, sensible pricing. I have one slight concern with the second purchase, a Samsung S20, looks great and works well, but initial usage is showing more rapid battery draining than I would like. Would have gone for the new battery option, but there were none available. Will be keeping an eye on battery performance. Otherwise excellent service. We will see if product support is as good if the battery issue persists.

Quick Delivery and well packaged. There's a screen scratch a bit more pronounced than expected for an excellent quality phone and the battery drains slightly quicker than I'd have hoped for, but still a vast improvement on my previous phone (Samsung S10e), so all in all for the price and trade in, pretty happy with the purchase.
