C'est un très bon smartphone. La livraison a été rapide et bien emballée. Le seul souci concerne la batterie qui, à mon avis, sera à remplacer rapidement.

Anche per me la comunicazione con Black Market è eccellente. Il dispositivo, Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G 256GB viola, è stato consegnato in tempi rapidissimi. Lo stato del dispositivo era descritto in condizioni "buone", ma per quanto serve a me è come nuovo. È il mio primo acquisto ricondizionato e sono davvero molto soddisfatto.

Me llegó un día antes del tiempo indicado. Pedí un Samsung Galaxy S21+5g 256GB excelente y el producto cumple totalmente las expectativas, por fuera se ve perfecto. La batería carga al 100% pero enseguida baja al 97%, cosa que ya indican, nada fuera de lo normal. El móvil llegó muy bien embuelto y empaquetado, con un cargador que no es original y en francés. Se cambió el lenguaje sin ningún problema y a funcionar. He tardado 3 días para hacer la reseña por si encontraba algún fallo, alguna pega, pero hasta ahora todo correcto. Me falta darle más uso y comprar un cargador original para volver a valorar el estado de la batería. Por ahora muy contenta con la compra realizada. Habrá otra valoración si encuentro alguna pega, toda información es útil y yo dudé mucho sobre los móviles reacondicionados, pero hasta ahora no hay una valoración negativa.

No complaints whatsoever for this refurbished phone. As good as new (the alarm had an Indian accent to start with but I was able to turn the voice off after fiddling about for a bit). Well packaged and delivered on time. Phones do not seem to be evolving as fast as they did a few years back so, for me, it made sense to go for a refurbished, high end model from a few years ago. I have not been disappointed.

The phone I ordered works great, no complaints there, I'm very happy with it. The faults lie with the trade-in company 'Music Magpie' who offered £165 for my old phone which was as described - perfect condition. This was the reason I bought my current phone for nearly £300. Days went by after sending my old device and Music Magpie came back with a counter offer of £46!! Needless to say I rejected their silly offer and had the phone returned to me a few days later, not impressed having to find another buyer for my old device to make back some of the costs. However, found a different company who bought it for £140 so don't feel so hard done by now. Do not trust the website when they quote a price for your trade in, when in reality they will offer you pennies once you send it to them. "This link has not yet been refurbished"
