5/5I ordered a refurbished iPad Air in excellent condition as it it was only a little more expensive than good/fair condition. 5/5I am delighted with my new phone.Although I was trying to do the right thing and buy a refurbished one, getting a new one for the same price was a bonus! I presume they were somehow surplus. Order and delivery was very efficient. I couldn't work out the model number of my old phone but would be happy to send it to you for recycling if that's an option? 4,9/5Came exactly when it was supposed to. Delivery info. and tracking spot-on. In impeccable condition - appeared to be brand-new in a sealed box. Word to the wise, though, you'd have got top marks in spite of deploying the corny mock-antique-speak, if only you hadn't cocked it up. If you're going to write 'Fervently hoping that all has gone impeccably, and waiting to hear thy judgment, I remain,' then you absolutely need to follow it up with 'Thine, Customer Care', NOT 'Yours'. Using a plural and a singular to refer to the same entity is a sure-fire way to piss off a copy-editor. Mangled English apart, nothing to complain of.
