MacBook is excellent. Did have an issue with the first one that was sent but the customer service was fantastic and they gave me a return label and the seller swapped out the device got a new one sent straight back have to say amazing service from backmarket. Would recommend

Lo compre en estado muy bueno y la verdad está casi perfecto por lo menos visualmente. En lo funcional, lo único que critico es que depende qué programas use, por ejemplo lightroom empieza a recalentar y se escucha el ventilador. Lo demás está bien. Recomiendo :)

excellent condition macbook pro 15 inch I got it the front and back were good but when I opened it there was dirt on the screen the whole keyboard track pad and the rest of it was sticky.. the keys had dirt everywhere there was dust and dirt trapped in the touch bar I had to wipe it all down and clean it besides from dirt the condition was fine

My first experience with a MacBook. I found the operating system and file handing, not to my liking so returned it to seller. Also its condition was 'okay' except the keyboard looked well worn and tired. Had difficulty with contacting Back Market customer care through their web site, they didn't acknowledge the order / return, so couldn't get through to them for help. Resorted to contacting the seller direct and progressed the return/ refund with them. Since then, too many emails from Back Market...reviews etc. etc.

The laptop works fine (as of 2 days of using it) but even though I paid extra for the Excellent grade, it has scuffed aluminum on the back hinge, and there is an obvious white scratch/mark on the black space key which is really hard to ignore. Also the Enter key is slightly stuck in and not very responsive. so I am not very happy
