I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected

È due settimane che lo uso tutti i giorni e funziona perfettamente. Nonostante fosse stato il grado più basso presenta solamente un piccolo graffio in un angolo, per il resto non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi.

It barely has any scratches on it. Looks wise it looks brand new, I got it on good condition. Tech wise it’s basically new. For the price it’s amazing wasn’t expecting this quality even though it’s second hand. Delivery was amazing it came the next day

Working smoothly but watch videos is full screen sometimes glitchs a bit. I still don’t know why. The process of getting the package went smoothly and the scratches are minimal!
