Bought a MacBook Air a couple of weeks ago - I chose excellent condition, assuming there would be some sign of wear. It arrived two days after purchase, and looks and runs like brand new! I will definitely be recommending Back Market and using again!

came really quickly and there are no scuffs or marks showing any damage would think it was in excellent condition even though i bought good condition. battery life is good and it’s fast at charging. the screen is bright and visible and works really well. would highly recommend if you are looking for a macbook when you haven’t had one before.

My MacBook arrived quickly. It has no scratches, and looks brand new! The only complaint I have is that it had German as its primary language, so I had to set up the laptop with Google translate, and then delete German from the language preferences once I could access them. Strangely, this has prompted my AirPods to read out my notifications in German now.

Hi, sorry this review took a little longer, I wanted to use this for around 3-4 weeks before I left a review to be as honest as possible. this macbook came really fast! Quicker than the expected delivery time which I was really pleased with. To go along with this the screen / cosmetics were in pretty good condition, however the "o" key was a bit sticky, but this has since sorted itself out, So all around really great for the hardware. However as I ordered "excellent condition" I did expect to have a bit of a lower cycle count - it came at 526. My sister has had hers since 2019 and has 600 cycle count. So I thought it's been used quite a lot. This is my only downside, other than that this has been kept in really great shape and I cant fault you guys. Thanks for delivering a good service

Love love love this MacBook! Looks so brand new. All keys worked and no fault at all. I trusted Backmarket cause I’ve previously bought an iPad from them! Delivery was super quick even though it was meant to come 3-5 days, it came within 2 days! I’ve also recommended Backmarket to some of my friends and they love it too! Will definitely be buying from here in the future!

The whole process from purchase to delivery was brilliant. I made the jump from windows to macbook and I'm really glad I went through this website which was recommended by a friend - it was the only way I could afford a macbook. I was dubious about buying something expensive off a website I'd never used before, so I chose the 'excellent' version and the macbook really is excellent - no scratches or dents, looks brand new and works like a charm. I'm really chuffed!

A few marks and scratches on the screen and back of the MacBook. Although I ordered the excellent condition option. I understand that this is a second hand MacBook so I won’t complain as the scratches are minimal.
