    Really good condition and quick delivery, only thing is that it came with a strap that has missing parts so I can’t connect and attatch the strap to the Fitbit device so will have to buy a new one separately.

    Great service at a stressful time when my old phone went kaput. I want to consume less and this was a good environmental choice too (though we can all do better). I really appreciated the friendly nature of the service and great communication. Thank you and btw - a great phone!

    Blimey..it's like new..and I honestly didn't know it was a dual SIM! It performs well and the battery is good. I only added a screen protector and a foldable case and voila! my perfect replacement smartphone at a bargain price. I will buy again!

    Bought for my cousin. It’s a good phone, only issue changing over SIM and memory card quite fiddly, had to take it to 02 shop who did it straight away, said Sony phones are a bit tricky. Fine now it’s working perfectly.

    Had the phone a couple of weeks and got a message after an update "battery capacity warning". Don't know if that means the battery is about to die. I haven't had the message again and it's been a couple of days.
